Why hire The Turtle Show?
“The Turtle Show Birthday Party” is approximately 45-60 minutes in length and completely self-contained making it easy for you to host! Your Child and their friends will meet a variety of live turtles and tortoises including an Eastern Box Turtle, Ornate Wood Turtle, and Red Footed Tortoise. Each turtle will be discussed including their habitats, diets, and other fun and exciting facts. I do not allow the audience to touch, hold, or pet the live turtles or tortoises but I do bring real turtle shells that are passed out during the show so that the children can see what a turtle shell feels like and look inside of a turtle shell to see where the turtle spends its entire life.

Steve and the turtles were amazing. We learned so much and had a great time seeing all the different types of turtles. Steve was very patient and did a great job with the kids and was also able to answer the questions from the adults.

My son keeps talking about the turtles!!!
Steve and "The Turtle Show" performed at my son's pre-school on Tuesday and he has not stopped talking about the turtles! He came home and started telling us all about the show. Even at bed time he was still talking about the turtles and Steve (the turtle man). The next morning I spoke to his teacher to get some information about hiring Steve and the turtles for my son's birthday. Steve was very friendly on the phone and responded to my email right away. I just have to keep it a secret since my son's birthday is not until the end of May and I know how excited he will be when Steve and the turtles arrive!

“The Turtle Show Birthday Party” is approximately 45-60 minutes in length and completely self-contained making it easy for you to host! I will arrive approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled time to meet you and your child and it only takes me a few minutes to get setup. I generally need an area that is 8FT X 8Ft and will not need a table or any other special equipment.
Your Child and their friends will meet a variety of live turtles and tortoises including:
• Eastern Box Turtle
• Common Snapping Turtle
• Ornate Wood Turtle
• Soft-shelled Turtle
• Red Eared Slider
• Sulcata Tortoise
• Red Footed Tortoise
Each turtle will be discussed including their habitats, diets, and other fun and exciting facts. I do not allow the audience to touch, hold, or pet the live turtles or tortoises but I do bring real turtle shells that are passed out during the show so that the children can see what a turtle shell feels like and look inside of a turtle shell to see where the turtle spends its entire life. Our audience will also get to see Big Red, our Red Footed Tortoise, eat some of his favorite foods during the show and we allow time at the end of the show for parents to take picture. Of course, you can also take all the pictures that you want throughout the show! Each child will also receive a Turtle Fact Card that has 10 Fun Turtle Facts that they can share with their family and friends! The Birthday Child will receive a special Turtle Book and a Hatching Turtle Egg Toy.
