The Pearly Gate Singers are based in the San Francisco California Bay Area & tour Internationally with the very popular and well known New Orleans Brass Band "Saint Gabriel's Celestial Brass Band" All singers are exceptional soloists in their own right many with individual Cd Recordings. The Perfect show for a Great Festival, or Corporate Event or Concert. Smaller versions available for Weddings and special events of all kinds. Suitable for all faiths and cultures that just enjoy Great high energy Inspirational and Old Time Gospel Music. Easy to work with and highly skilled and trained professional performers with many years of experience. We can also customize the performance repertoire to suit your special requests and needs with enough time to prepare them properly in the event they do not happen to be in our extensive repertoire already.

Dorothy Morrison is The Featured Soloist Voice on her multi Million Selling version of "OH HAPPY DAY" while the lead vocalist for the Edwin Hawkins Singers. Her Song is the Interational Anthem of Black American Gospel Music, World Wide.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 30 - 120 minutes

Heartwarming emotionally inspirational music at it's finest with the repertoire customized to suit the occasion, whether at a Wedding, Funeral or Memorial Service, Church Event, Fair, Festival, Ethnic Celebrations, Wineries, Concert or Corporate Special Event of any kind desiring great high energy soulful Gospel music. Solemn to Inspirational to Hand Clapping audience participation renditions of the great Classic American Gospel favorites of the past 100 years of Traditional American Gospel Music. Can send a Featured Soloist, or small ensemble to suit the needs and most budgets. We can perform a few numbers, or provide an entire 90 minute Concert.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
For out of area engagements we need Piano, Drums, and Bass & Guitar amps for some shows depending upon the travel distance, as well as Hotel rooms and meals if overnight situations or multiple day performance tours
We can travel self contained with P.A. System if driving to engagement. If flying in P.A. needs to be provided by purchaser.

We can also provide high quality P.A. system and an operator.
