Why hire "The Arcades"?
My band is a 6 piece band that does the hits of the 50's & 60's (mostly early 60s) we do the hits of yesteryear from chuck berry & buddy holly to ritchie valens & chubby checker. we also do danny and the juniors (at the hop) eddie cochran (summertime blues) sam cooke (twisting the night away) del shannon (runaway) and many others. we even do a couple beatle songs and one or two country. oh...almost forgot....we also do about 5 or 6 songs of the king of rock and roll (elvis presley) we strive to get the harmonys right and we aim to entertain and bring back the music you just dont hear much of anymore! you will like our set list and you will also like what you hear plus its great dancing music

we are specialized in the music of the 50s and EARLY 60's as this is the music that we love. we do not do the 70s & 80s or combine other years so if you want strictly oldies then were your best choice.

Typical Gig Duration: 240 - 260 minutes
were a lot like the white sidewalls as we strive for great harmony and great vocals plus our 2 lead singers are known to venture forth with cordless microphones and roam the audience to actually SING to people and to interact with them.
