About

Stephanie Turner is a professional harpist living in Jacksonville, Florida and performing throughout Florida, Georgia and into the southern South Carolina area. With over a decade of performing experience she has played at hundreds of different events.

Stephanie began studying music as a young child, first playing the piano and then at the age of 10 she began playing the harp. She has studied harp under several well known harpist such as Kayo Ishumaru of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and Dr. Roslyn Rensch-Erbes of Indiana State University.

Stephanie attended college at the University of North Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, performing with the University's Harp Ensemble and Orchestra.

Stephanie has performed and been featured at a diverse array of venues including weddings, receptions, corporate functions, funerals, church services, and private parties. A short list of locations include: Epping Forest Yacht Club, The Club Continental, Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, The Florida Yacht Club, TPC Sawgrass, Serenata Beach Club, Palmetto Bluff, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, Satilla Regional Medical Center, St. Vincent's Hospital and The River Club. She also enjoys teaching harp to students of all ages and working with non-profit organizations such as the award winning "Body & Soul - The Art of Healing" where she ministers to the sick in healthcare institutions throughout the Jacksonville area.

Her repertoire includes classical, popular, and sacred music performed on a 46 string Venus Classic Concert Harp.
