Shirmeka NeCole is a singer, songwriter, actress and pastor who is full of vision and clear in her purpose. Her authentic heart for worship ministry through both music and drama transcends boundaries, cultures and ethnicities while bridging the gap between generations. Distinctive in her own right, what Shirmeka NeCole has to offer the Arts and Entertainment industry cannot be compared to any artists before her. Taking a fresh approach to worship, her style is best described as invigorating and innovative, yet certainly not lacking in anointing and power. Shirmeka currently serves as Pastor of Worship and Arts for City of Praise Family Church in Orlando, Florida.

Although she has graced many platforms with some of the nation’s greatest men and women of God, Shirmeka NeCole is humbled each time she is presented an opportunity to release God’s glory. Her highly anticipated debut CD “The Search Is Over” is set to release spring 2012.

Shirmeka NeCole is also the Founder of Virtue Xchange, a mentorship ministry that equips adolescent and teen girls, as well young adult women through instruction, leadership development and relationships to be effective in their homes, communities and in Christian service.

Seasoned as a well known and adored radio broadcaster, Shirmeka NeCole is the former host of Morning Praise on Montgomery’s WXVI the Light!
