Romantic Jazz performs SONGS FROM THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK. We also have a vocalist from Rio who sings Bossa Nova's and latin music in Portuguese. Our musicians have recorded or performed with Jon Lucien, Richie Cole,Joao Gilberto,Louis Bonfa,Slide Hampton,Herbie Mann, Yo Yo Ma, Mark Murphy,Claudio Roditi, Gato Barbieri,Kenny Baron and with four time Grammy Winner Joe Henderson,Pat Martino, Phil Woods,Dave Liebman, James Moody,Tierney Sutton,Patty Austin,Karrin Allyson,Jimmy Bruno, Clark Terry, Michel Legrand, Billy Talor,Monica Mancini, Patrice Rushen, the New York Pops Orchestra, Jose Feliciano, Randy Brecker,Houston Person.Some of our performers have performed with The Mary Lou Wiliams Jazz Festival, Newport jazz Festival, jazz in July at the 92nd Street Y., Litchfield Jazz Festival, Detroit Jazz Festival and the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. Overseas, the Berlin Jazz Festival, The Cully Lavaux and Ascona and Berne jazz Festivals in Switzerland. The Edinburg and Fimsby Jazz Festivals in the UK, the krakow Music Festival in Poland, The Ottawa Jazz Festival in Canada.and Various Australian festivals.
