Rick Scherer is a singer/songwriter with a soulful, blues based acoustic sound. Rick's performances are a blend of heartfelt ballads, original compositions, classic rock, blues, and country. Originally from Kent, Ohio, Rick style has been inspired by artists such as Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Van Morrison, Joe Walsh, John Prine, and John Mayer. Equipment to support your event is supplied by Rick. A typical engagement consists of two 45 minute sets. Rick's performances are well suited for Intimate settings such as private home, coffee house, country clubs, or intimate dinner clubs.
