Why hire Parrottroupers?
The Parrottroupers are a 4 or 5 piece Jimmy Buffett tribute band !! (well of course). We specialize in Buffett music, along with the Island and reggae sound. Also we have a few early 60's beach songs we throw in, and a wide range of 60's and 70's R & R to make your event fun!!!! If your heading out on your surf board to go surfing in that hurricane, or setting sail to get to that One particular harbor, then we're the crew for you . We all need some escapism in today's world, so lets all set sail for Margarataville !! and remember, it's not a destination, but a state of mind !! FINS UP !!!!!!!!!!
About
The Parrottroupers are a 4 or 5 piece Buffett tribute band , with the Island sound in mind ! when you set sail with us, fun is the destination, heading out on a course to that One particular harbor with the village of Margaritaville on the beach. And with our goofy crew you never know where you just might end up ! All of us in the band are seasoned musicians . in other words, adult 4 year olds !!!!!
We present fun in our whole show, from a 1 1/2 up to 4 hrs, depending on the venue and the services needed. Also at times we get the audience involved in helping out on a few songs, playing some percussion toys and singing along on stage with us .
From limbo contests,to conga lines, and maybe even that hula hoop contest, then we're the band for you. If your hoping to get to Hawaii, or Tahiti one day, then why wait? With us you'll be drinking a margarita in no time !!!

What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 90 - 180 minutes
With our band be prepared to be taken away to that Island in you mind !!!!!!!!!! where it is always sunny or a starry night .warm breezes off the ocean, and of course that drink of your choosing . What ever you port of call, the theme is fun!! from our letting a few from time to time join us on stage, or talking to our parrots (adult crowd on that one ) to that conga line .You never know what might be coming up or where your running aground . but it will be the Island of fun ,that we can say without a doubt !
Additional Notes:
We have our own lighting and sound equipment for small venues, such as back yard party's ,indoor events, weddings ,things of that nature
