Booking over the internet can be scary but Phil immediately contacted us and calmed our fears. We were able to schedule him months in advance and get the contract signed to reduce the number of items to worry about as the event approached. Even though we schedule farther out, he was right on time months later with our pre-wedding meeting and was timely and well prepared for this meeting.
Our stipulations on the event were miniscule and where we didn’t know what to do he was there to offer expert guidance and song selection. He demonstrated very quickly his experience and knowledge. The meeting was very meaningful giving us the exact timeline that we used for the entire night. He was always available either by phone or email and his response time was very timely. Also the flexibility he exhibited in making changes to the program was exceptional.
We knew as the wedding approached that we did not have to worry one bit about the music or DJ. We knew Phil would take care of our crowd and keep them entertained before we arrived. Once we arrived at the reception, he had the crowd ready for our entrance, which would not have been the same without his energy and enthusiasm. I think we did the Chicago Bulls entrance better than the Bulls ever did.
As the night progressed he kept the crowd alive, he demonstrated flexibility and tact in his music choice and even slowed the songs down when the sweat was showing. He at one point got out on the dance floor and taught the entire crowd a new line dance. We received many compliments, but the best was from the bartender at the reception hall who said “This was the best wedding we have had here in a long time, everyone looks like they are having so much fun.”
We owe that to Phil who orchestrated an amazing reception that kept everyone moving and having a blast.
My wife and I highly recommend Phil for your event.
