If event is out of town, client must provide 100% of the travel fees (gas and fee for travel). Nova will drive up to 3.5 hours but any distance farther will require a plane ticket. Hotel, Transportation and per diem is required for over-night stays. Travel must be provided for Nova and at least one member of his management team.
