Excellent service and worth every penny!!
I was looking for a family owned company that would be able to provide several different services such as face painting, photo booths, balloon twisting and airbrush tattoos for my Grand Opening. I contacted several companies and Jim from MR California Art was the only one who responded to my request in a timely fashion. I later found out he was on vacation in Greece! Talk about Customer Service! At the event they were the stars of the show by Far. Everyone loved the balloon twisitng and the face painting. The lady who did the airbrush tattoos was so upbeat and friendly, you couldnt help but want to get a tattoo from her (plus her work was excellent). The photo booth was such a blast! They integrated my logo into the photos and had props for people to wear if they wanted to. I absolutely loved the way they turned out. Overall, I would give MR California Art an 11 out of 10. Well worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to do any type of event.

About
MR California Art is now offering Face Painting & Balloon Twisting for only $125/hour with a minimum of two hours. We also have a photo booth special. A photo booth combined with face painting and balloon twisting, at a child's party, is offered for $200/hour. Unlimited photos are included with the photo booth. Temporary Airbrush Tattoos can be added to either special at a great rate.
We have been entertaining families for a number of years. Jim began his work as a Shrine Clown after graduation from the "Concord School of Clownology". Our extensive travel and training enhance our service to ethnic groups and cultures from all over the world. In October 2011 we returned from a visit to Athens Greece, Crete Greece, Rota Spain and Germany. We entertained many children and parents during our visit to Greece and Spain. Our travels in October 2012 took us to Spain, Gibraltar-Europe and Morocco, Africa. Our performance in Gibraltar was a very memorable experience.
Jim has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, the South Pacific, Philippines (love the Philippines), Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and many other parts of the world for both leisure and while in the US Navy. Jim has lived in Guam, Hawaii and Germany. Mechelle, our CEO, has traveled to the South Pacific, Africa, Europe, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia. Denise, our in-house consultant, also traveled extensively while serving in the US Navy. One of her last tours was as a Navy Recruiter in Northern California. Her specialty was recruiting Nurses for the US Navy. Denise hails from Wisconsin.

Influences
The love for kids has always influenced our desire to perform. We found this to be especially true during our visits to Athens Greece and the Island of Crete. Performing for kids in the Plaka at the base of the Acropolis in Athens Greece was very special. In Crete we performed at a birthday party with balloons and face painting. This was all new to them. In October we returned from a trip to Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco, North Africa. The performance for our Gibraltar kids was exceptional.
The smiles and hugs from kids keep us working to entertain. The purpose of our travels is to teach my daughter, Mechelle - Face Painter, about the various cultures of the world.

We provide it all, Temporary Airbrush Tattoos, Face Painting and Balloon Twisting/Art/Animals. This is an exciting mix of entertainment for a large variety of audiences. What more can anyone ask for when planning a great party?
Stage/Setup Requirements:
We can provide everything including tables, chairs, canopy and generator if needed at no additional cost.
Additional Notes:
We use the latest technology and art available in our work. We have the traditional individual airbrushes for airbrushing temporary tattoos. We also have the highly acclaimed Power Palet and the newest color changer on the market known as "ZeroG". Face painting can be achieved by hand or using the latest airbrush face painting stencils. Our balloon animal/art selection expands weekly
