Mr. A. Lewis

About

Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts; Mr. Lewis moved to the southeast in the early 1990's. With uncertainty of his future, Mr. Lewis explored the health career options. He began his career as a pharmacy technician while attending college before starting his own business. Mr. Lewis founded all three of his organizations for the purpose of helping others to succeed. He has overcome many barriers in the different levels of his success. While at Seminole State College (SSC) in Sanford, FL., he served many positions of leadership on campus. He concluded his final year as the Student Body President leading his staff to become "Runner-Up" for the Best Student Government Association in the State of Florida for 2002. Mr. Lewis also contributed in placing SSC "on the map" with the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) by winning multiple speaking awards.

Mr. Lewis continued his venture for success at The University of South Florida where he later joined Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. As he is a great speaker, Mr. Lewis' contributions to his fraternity lead back-to-back successful State Leadership Conferences. While serving as the Conference Chair was successful, he also was selected to serve as Second Vice State Director and later First Vice State Director.

He was most recently employed as the Area Supervisor for a design company managing 24-50 varied employees from Oahu, Hawaii to Panama City, Florida.

Amongst his many talents, over the last 20 years Mr. Lewis has been certified in a few states and nationally as a Pharmacy Technician. His experiences have given him opportunities in Community/Retail settings, Specialty Pharmacies, Industrial Pharmacies and hospital settings. The knowledge he has gained, also allowed him to work for PBM's auditing retail pharmacies on transactions being processed nationwide. His career path has led him from the practice as a Pharmacy Technician to an instructor and consultant.

Mr. Lewis is the CEO of (LCG-CFL) Lewis Consulting Groups of Central Florida and Kinitraco Allied Health Care Training. He also founded The F.A.M.I.L.Y. Network (The Foundation of Active Minorities Investing in the Livelihood of Youth).

His desire to help others succeed is surely enough to motivate his colleagues and peers to help drive others to success. Mr. Lewis is currently a guest speaker at various motivational and leadership events.

The focus is to help them understand how the actions of today can affect the outcomes of tomorrow. The presentation includes goal-setting, decision-making, problem-solving, resolutions and results.

2. "How do I get out of here?" This is a presentation geared towards adults that need motivation to accomplish their next level of success. The presentation includes recognition of the past, preparing for the future, setting goals, identifying how to accomplish goals, planning, implementation and becoming driven by results.
