In March of 2000, I founded Memories Made Affordable based on the premise that hiring a photographer for your special occassion shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Since then, I have strived to improve not only the quality of my service, but the overall value for the price paid. The tenet that guides us is quite simple... treat every customer as an individual. We believe that every customer is unique, every occassion is indeed special, and that one size doesn't fit all. So we took the "norm" of the photography world, and turned it upside down.

The first thing that you'll notice about our service is that it is "different". I do mean that in a good way! Gone are the days of trying to squeeze you into some sort of predetermined "package". What worked for my previous customer may or may not work for you. So we take a totally different approach. We start from the ground up, and build you a service that's as unique as you are, and as spectacular as your event is. You're in the driver seat from our initial introduction, and you have my heartfelt promise not to take you for a ride.

We'll start off with the basics... the who, what, when, where, and why. And by the time we're finished, I hope to fill in the how for you. Every service that we provide can be purchased a la carte. No paying for services you don’t need or items you don’t want. Before you sign your name on the dotted line, we’ll share our pricelist with you… from beginning to end. The majority of the public doesn’t realize that the price you pay a photographer for reprints and enlargements can sometimes eclipse the initial contract price. The main culprit for this phenomenon is what I like to call “not dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s –itis”. Many of us do our homework when it comes to negotiating the initial contract price and details, but totally drop the ball when it comes to the “after incidentals”. We trust that a photographer we just met is going to be fair with us, even though we know that the average photographer is only in the business to make money. Every photographer out there has a pricelist for everything that they sell. He or she should be willing to share that pricelist with you BEFORE you commit to any type of contract.

Where we differ is, we like what we do… and it shows in our work. Meeting and exceeding your expectations is paramount with us. We would never compromise our good name or reputation to try to make a couple extra bucks off of you.
