This is the second time I've utilized Joful Face Painting and Balloons. The first time was awesome, the second time was a thriller!! More colors, more designs etc. This lady lights up the room as soon as she walks through the door. She's very professional and takes alot of Joy (no pun intended) and pride in her work. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Joyful Faces. It was my first time booking for this type of event, and had many questions that were met with patience and flexibility, especially considering that I was requesting under a week in advance. Not knowing much about face painting, I was completely at Joyce's mercy in terms of how many painters would be needed for the number of 'faces' at my party, and her suggestions worked out perfectly.
She was completely self-sufficient, and brought her own table and chair that she set up herself; I didn't have to go out of my way to help, or interrupt any of my other hosting duties to check on how things were going. She brought out her air pump when some of the kids/adults asked for balloons, even though that wasn't part of our initial agreement.
She was also very flexible with payment options. I was a little confused when figuring out the PayPal numbers, but she walked me through it patiently on the phone, which was greatly appreciated. I felt confident with the transaction which isn't always the case when dealing with paying smaller, more independently run operations like many event entertainment vendors (face painting, clowns, etc.).

The cost for your party includes all balloons, supplies, smiles and laughter.
GREAT RATES! Our standard price starts at $95.00/hr for work in our standard driving area.
The price range is $95.00/hr - $140.00/hr with a maximum driving radius of 60 miles from Newark Delaware.

Newark, Bear, New Castle $95.00/hr
Wilmington, Hockessin, Middletown $100.00/hr
Smyrna, Dover, Magnolia $110.00/hr
Philadelphia PA $110.00/hr 2 hours Minimum
Baltimore MD $115.00/hr 2 hours Minimum
We offer additional discounts for corporate, party planners, schools and non-profit events that book multiple events and book a minimum of three hours.
$40.00 deposit and an additional $1.20 PayPal processing fee is required and is not refundable should Client cancel for any reason. Your event is considered booked only when we receive the deposit. Balance MUST be paid in cash to the artist on arrival.
Client has an option of paying full payment for hours booked with NO PayPal processing fee!
