Our jazz band consists of TRUMPET, GUITAR, BASS, & DRUMS plays events and occasions of all kinds.

We are upbeat, smooth, and professional.

All local music educators, we have played together as a group for over a decade.

Influences

All members of Jazz Over Easy are University educated music teachers. Our influences and tastes are broad.

Because we have been exposed to--and performed--vast styles and genres of music in college, please, consider that we can learn SPECIAL REQUESTS, as well as include SPECIAL GUESTS to play or SING with our group. (*Please, advanced notice will be necessary to prepare working with your friend/family member who would like to PERFORM WITH US.)

Typical Gig Duration: 120 - 300 minutes

Jazz Over Easy is an instrumental jazz combo. We are most fitting at RECEPTIONS, DINNERS, CORPORATE EVENTS, & PARTIES.

You will hear the kinds of Jazz Standards performed by greats like Frank Sinatra, Wynton Marsalis, Etta Fitzgerald, Diana Krall, & Miles Davis.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
Access to electric outlet (1)

Additional Notes:
We only require one outlet for electricity to the bass and guitar amplifiers.
If lighting is not provided, we use our own stand lights. We can perform (and have) in the dark.
Our physical arrangement is SMALL.

Often we have fit in an area approximately 12' x 12' (The stage area at Vintage Wine Bar in Old Mesilla)

Set/Song/Sequence List:
Requests for SPECIAL EVENTS have called for us to create medleys (Military Branches' Anthems, for example), as well as to arrange full song-sets (like Dixieland music for Mardi Gras).

We often play a large selection of Jazz Standards (up to 5 hours). We play HOLIDAY music too (for example, Christmas Songs).
