Lively host, fierce poet, beautiful presence!

Mason helped out as both a host and a performing poet at the launch party for our new magazine, APIARY. It was a big event - 30 some readers - and we needed all the help we could get in corralling the crowd and keeping up with changes to the schedule. We could not have asked for a better host. Mason - leaving another hosting gig across time and arriving EARLY to our event - got our slightly sluggish audience re-engaged in the proceedings, kept everybody both at ease and feeling lively, and - when it was time to take the mic - ROCKED the crowd with a vibrant performance and very high energy. One fabulous aspect was Mason's ability to stay flexible and keep smiling, even as we had to adjust the schedule, and to ad lib really beautiful introductions to folks known personally or even not so personally. A true professional and a great person to have on your team!
