Debra has been a road warrior since high school, when she traveled with a semi-professional vocal touring group. After high school she won the title of Miss Rodeo Kansas, and competed for Miss Rodeo America.

She started her career in the finance business and quickly became the youngest female regional manager for the organization she worked with. Debra was recruited to join a major midwest modeling agency where she served as the Director of New Faces. She worked as a regional runway and print model and eventually opened her own agency, The Professional Edge Modeling and Talent School, Agency and Salon, in Missouri. In this capacity she became a member of the American Modeling Association and was soon voted by her peers to serve two consecutive terms as the President. In addition, her agency was awarded “Agency of the Year” by the American Modeling & Talent Convention. During her years as a model/talent agency owner, Debra became a highly sought after speaker and trainer within the skin care, modeling and corporate arenas

In 2000, Debra turned her attention completely to motivational speaking and corporate training. Over her 20+ year career, she has presented in all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, and has been honored to provide corporate training to Fortune 100 - 500 organizations, DC Government Offices, and all branches of the military, just to name a few.

She authored the best selling book "Finding Your Moxie: Myths and Lies Successful Women Kick to the Curb". The book reached #1 in the "Women and Business" Amazon category in the first ten days after it launched.

In addition to being a subject matter expert in Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Personality Profiling, Debra is passionate about helping women know their value and achieve their goals.
