She graduated in 2009 from the Eastman School of Music with her masters in harp performance and acted as the Teaching Assistant to Kathleen Bride, professor of harp, in 2008-2009.
About
Hillary is a professional harpist who has performed throughout the United States for weddings, parties etc. Orchestrally she has performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, New World Symphony, Syracuse Symphony, Aspen Music Festival and School, National Repertory Orchestra, Colorado Music Festival and many orchestras in Northern Colorado including Ft. Collins Symphony, Greeley Philharmonic, and Longmont Symphony. As a soloist she tied for fourth place summer 2009 at the American Harp Society's national competition in the Young Professional Division and has previously been awarded the American Harp Society's Ann Adams Award. Hillary received her undergraduate and masters degree studying with Kathleen Bride at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. She also received a Performer's Certificate for an outstanding jury performance as well as an Arts Leadership Certificate with a concentration in Contemporary Orchestral Issues.
