As a tenured sales and marketing leader and United States Navy veteran with experience in the pharmaceutical, health care, entertainment, advertising, information technology, professional sports, and hospitality industries I have held various leadership positions in organizations of all sizes. A key take away from my experiences is this: No matter the size, structure, or mission of the organization, there are universal leadership traits that all successful leaders possess and utilize.
