While there, I worked on numerous pilot & award winning shows executive produced by Robert Townsend. I've also completed training classes & freelanced with MAC Cosmetics for 2 years before branching out and working with musicians, entertainers, athletes, magazines, bridal parties, & tv personalities. I booked Landi for my personal services for a 60th birthday party I was hosting, the day before additional people also wanted their makeup applied. Not only did Landi accomodate us all, she was professional, charismatic, her services are impeccable, my face was beyond exquisite, my other guets looked 20 years younger than their age. About
As the charismatic, creative and dedicated freelancer for Faces Of...Makeup Services, I have been a makeup artist with over 10 years combined experience, in the fashion, makeup and entertainment industries. I began my career aspirations at Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta, Ga where I received my degree in Fashion Merchandising and minored in modeling and makeup. From there I worked in retail as an assistant high-end boutique manager and then honed my love for makeup artistry. From 2001-2007 I worked as the resident makeup artist for then international cable network MBC Network/Black Family Channel based in Atlanta, Ga where I worked on various pilot and award winning shows executive produced by Robert Townsend. I've also done extensive work for entertainers, athletes, publications such as Southwest Atlanta Magazine, music videos, special events, weddings, and faith-based organizations. During my stint freelancing for MAC cosmetics and Estee Lauder I participated in training courses that specialized in editorial and tv makeup artistry. I specialize in and am specifically fond of men's application, beauty/bridal makeup, and makeup for television and commercials.
Living and breathing makeup artistry is an integral part of my life. As well as being a wife and mother of 2 toddlers, I enjoy volunteering my talents in my community through makeup bars for young girls; teaching them the basics of makeup application and skincare. Expect a dynamic, fun and inventive twist on your vision for that perfect look you desire. I aim to please and won't quit until I have my clients' 100% satisfaction for their project/event. My goal is to provide professional creative makeup services that will excel in expressing the desired look and feel for my client.
