Kendra Cole, first discovered her love for Special Events as a senior in High School while taking on the abundance of responsibilities required of the Senior Class President. With an extraordinary appreciation of creativity and a keen sense of detail, she fell in love with the idea making dreams come true and giving her clients the experience of a lifetime. A native New Yorker, and Harlemite at heart, Kendra received her B.S. in Communications and Minor in Africana Studies from Cornell University.
She is an extremely well organized, detailed oriented individual who over the years has had the pleasure of working with the following companies and organizations: the Harlem Book Fair, New York Public Library, Animal Medical Center, Sashabruce Youthwork Inc., My Girlfriends House Inc., Cornell University, The University of the District of Columbia, and Atrium at Treetops, focusing on event planning, program coordination, fundraising, & financial planning.
Kendra’s ability to create sensational venues and plan agendas while successfully managing facilities, schedules, and budgets while thriving in dynamic, high-pressure environments ultimately lead her to create Elite Affairs in the Spring of 2013. Standing strong on her belief that there is an art to event planning, Kendra strives to perfect the art of event planning all while giving her clients the type of experiences that last for a life time!
SERVICES
Project Management: From start to finish, I can coordinate any and ALL logistical aspects of your event including venue, catering and entertainment selection; invitation and RSVP coordination; budgeting; production schedules and much MORE.
Day of/Week of/Month of Assistance: The month, week and/or day of your event can be extremely stressful. I can help manage any and all last minute details including vendors, final meetings, rehearsals & rehearsal dinners; as well as both on-site and off-site logistics so that you can relax and join your guest in having a great time.
Budget Management: I can help you construct a detailed, well organized budget for your event. One that’s understandable, easy to read and won’t kill your pockets!
Consulting: I am here to answer any questions and provide creative solutions to any and all problems that might arise throughout your planning process.
FEES
All Event Management and Consultant services require a $250.00 retainer fee to be paid up-front. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will ensure Event Planners availability for the date and time of the clients event.
Project Management: 20% of the total event budget; maximum budget amount: $25,(phone number hidden)% of the total event budget for budgets totaling $25,001.00 and up
Day-of-Assistance: $250.00 for 12 hours (including set-up and break down); $25.00 for each additional hour
Week-of-Assistance: $450.00 per week (3 weeks maximum)
Month-of/30 Day-Assistance: $2000.00
Consulting: $25 per hour
