Michael “Dr. Woody” Woodward, PhD is a CEC certified professional coach trained in the field of organizational psychology. As a consultant and professional coach, Dr. Woody works with both private and corporate clients on career development, building management/leadership capacity, and developing high performing teams. As an author and speaker, Dr. Woody focuses on the psychology of effective management and career engagement in the New Economy. He also focuses on how to make the transition from “player” to “coach” in the business world.
Dr. Woody published his first book "The YOU Plan: A 5-step Guide to Taking Charge of Your Career in the New Economy" and he also writes a weekly column for FoxBusiness.com called "The Career Hot Seat".
Dr. Woody is the founder and president of Miami-based consulting firm Human Capital Integrated (HCI). The firm focuses on management and leadership development.
