We are a dynamic and energetic male/female duo with a reportoire of over 250 songs ranging from the 40's up to present day. We incorporate the latest technology using backing tracks accompanied by "live" guitar, sax, and vocals. If space is a concern, we beat bands handdown. Our setup is small and yet we can do outdoor gigs just as any band would. We specialize in receptions, private parties, and cooperate events. With many years of experience and classical training, we are well equiped to handle most any musical situation. As an added feature, we also offer DJ & Karaoke services during breaks. About
We are a duo based out of Leesburg, GA (southwest GA) currently performing on weekends at Riverpointe Country Club in Albany, GA. Jacquie and I have been performing together for over nine years as a duo and then five years prior to that in a band called Nightshift.
Jacquie's background is in radio broadcasting. She brings the skills she has acquired from radio to the stage. She knows how to get people excited and can motivate any crowd. Her vocal style is reminiscent of the late and great Patsy Cline but she is not limited to any one style as our song list covers many different genres. She's a top notch professional and a seasoned vet with many acccolades to her credit. She's very approachable and open to any suggestions that you may have regarding your event. Her charm and personailty speak for themselves once you get a chance to meet her.
My background is in electrical enginnering, although my degree is in music education. This has allowed me to take advantage of the latest technology available to better enhance the music we play. My vocal style is more chameleon like in that I cover a lot of different genres with an emphasis more on beach music (originally from the Carolinas) and R&B. After I got my degree, I hit the road for ten years up and down the east cost from Maine to Florida. That stint provided me with the best hands on experience you can get and it has served me well in many types of musical situations.
Collectively, we have over 50 years of musical experience between us and 50,000 miles of road behind us, but that's just called "paying your dues." So, if you're looking for seasoned vets who know their way around the stage, we're just a phone call or E-mail away.
