Dolce

After hearing Dolce Music perform live, I was able to book them for our company party -- tried to book them the year before, but they were already booked! The whole booking process was quick and easy, and I only heard great things about them during setup. At the party, they provided a perfect sound for the the type of event we were hosting -- formal dinner inside the San Francisco Exploratorium -- and I lost track of the compliments I heard throughout the evening. Thanks for the great music, and we look forward to having you at a future event!

My company hosts a big social gathering each year in June. This year was the first time we decided to have live music at the event. I have watched Dolce Musica, a popular jazz trio in Silicon Valley, several times. Their music always made me want to dance. So, we hired them for the occasion. Our program started at 5:30 p.m., but the band was already all set up and ready to roll at 5 p.m. Dolce Musica is a highly professional group of accomplished musicians.

Ren has an amazing voice. Her vocal range and expression are incredible, giving her songs a wide range of warmth. Chris and Don have a style of their own, playing with zest and a swinging pulse. The band left everyone wanting more. When asked whether we will have live music again next year, I say “Surely, and it has to be the one and only - Dolce Musica!”

We have followed Dolce Musica for a few years and wanted them to play for a party at our house in Santa Barbara. Needless to say, it took a while to find a time and situation that compelled them to make a trek from San Jose to Santa Barbara to play for a party. We had imagined that they would be a perfect balance of fun and talent to captivate our family and friends. However, as good as we imagined it might be, we TOTALLY underestimated how great it would be. We had a party with about 60 people ages 10 to 90. We had a broad mix of people from scientists to professional dancers and a few people in the entertainment industry. At some point during the evening every person danced and many danced for two hours. We have had many parties at our house and, in general, I think people enjoy them. However, at least 5 people sincerely told me this was the best party they had been to in their life! Dolce Musica was like a tonic that made everyone comfortable with everyone else, a wonderful common joy that allowed anyone to start a conversation with anyone else. I have no desire to be known as throwing great parties but I will work hard to figure out how to get Dolce Musica to play at my house again in the future.

Dolce Musica was a great addition to our annual celebration party at Michaels at Shoreline! They played a variety of music during the cocktail hour and dinner, which made the event much more festive and lively than previous years when we did not have live music. Ren is an amazing and versitile singer, and Chris and Don are fantastic musicians. They were friendly and professional, and I received great feedback about Dolce Musica from all the guests. I highly recommend this band for parties or other special events!

I first fell in love with Dolce Musica's sound when I heard them at a small intimate restaurant. I then hired them myself for an event with about 100 people ranging in age from late 20's to 70's! Ren's beautiful voice was as amazing as I remembered and Don and Chris are fantastic as well. I received so many compliments afterwards about "the band" choice and look forward to having them play at future events.
