Why hire DJ Jaye Patrick?
I am DJ Jaye Patrick. I do not work for a corporate group of impersonal sanitized DJ's. I work one on one with clients. If you hire me, you will work with me personally all the way through your event.
I have been a DJ for 10 years and have experience with over 100 weddings, many club DJ sets throughout Ohio, and karaoke nights around the Youngstown area. I understand that the most important thing in being a DJ is keeping people happy. Whether it's a bride & groom and their reception guests, a karaoke crowd at a bar, or a club full of people dancing, if you focus on the people, the event will be a success.

About
A little about myself. I am 31 years old. I have been actively performing for 10 years now in a wide variety of events. I will travel 100 miles outside of the Youngstown area for an event. I have performed for small house parties, 300 attendee clubs, 400 attendee weddings and at multiple stage music events. I am most known for working very hard to establish a great relationship with my clients. It is all about the people to me.
As for technical details, here is more information on my setup. I have a professional PA system with a Behringer 1500 watt powered amp with 12 inputs and Peavey PV15 speakers. My music collection is all digital using Ots Labs software for mixing weddings and Virtual DJ Pro with an external controller for club sets. I have wireless microphones as well as wired for live performances and announcements. I have lighting by Chauvet and American DJ including PAR cans and fog machines.
The list of venues I have worked for is extensive and includes The Horseshoe, The Lemon Grove, B&O Station, Trax, Mahoning County Country Club, Avalon Inn, The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake, Magillas Bar & Grill, The Youngstown Club, Penguin Club at YSU and many, many more.

What to Expect
It is very hard to describe a typical event, because every one is tailored to what your guests would respond to. You can expect me to be working hard to make sure everyone has a fantastic time at your event. I am always monitoring crowd response and adjusting my sets to match. I spend a great deal of time planning and working with clients before the gig to make sure I know what you want. I have created a 10 page planning workbook for weddings that covers a reception from start to finish.
