Great band!
We caught Chuck and the band at a local seafood restaurant. They were great! We especially enjoyed the mixture of songs. There were songs all of my family recognized and enjoyed. We will definitely go and listen again.

About
Chuck Fesperman is a jazz trumpeter residing in Dallas, TX, where he performs with his band, The Chuck Fesperman Group. Chuck's smooth sound and tone on the trumpet, combined with the band's exceptional musicianship help to make the band one of the most sought after jazz acts in Dallas.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, creativity and versatility. Our goal is always to compliment the event with an excellent performance of jazz music.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Chuck played in the Charlotte Jazz Allstar Band. He studied music education at Appalachian State University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Chuck also served in the United States Coast Guard and preformed with the Coast Guard Training Center Bands in Cape May, NJ and Petaluma, CA in addition to serving as a Radioman. In addition, Chuck has studied jazz improvisation with renown smooth jazz trumpeter Rick Braun and jazz educator Dan Haerle.
Since moving to Dallas, TX in 2004, Chuck has established his jazz band as one of the premier bands in Dallas, performing both jazz standards as well as smooth jazz. His band includes some of the best musicians in Dallas.
Chuck is an accomplished composer and writes a lot of the songs the band plays. A songwriter of instinct, Chuck has a flair for writing catchy melodies that leave the listener moved by the raw emotion in them.

What to Expect
We are very versatile and professional. We strive to give you exactly what you want in a jazz performance. We are available in a number of combinations, from 2 to 6 pieces. We can also provide a vocalist if desired. If you have special songs you want performed at your event, we will try our best to learn them if we don't already have them on our playlist.
We provide our own PA system and, if needed, lights. We can provide recorded music to be played when the band is on breaks.
