May 28, 2015On May 13, 2015, Carole Little served as our guest speaker at the Energy Express Network of ABWA. Carole's keynote was "How to Make Hunger Your Greatest Ally". Her presentation touched and empowered members and guests in such a positive way. Her interactive keynote held the audience attention and her storytelling abilities showed attendees how to be their most beautiful, radiant selves despite the circumstances. Against all odds, Carole Little succeeded in life through sheer determination, courage and perseverance. Carole overcame numerous obstacles never accepting what those around her believed.
Carole inspires and motivates her audiences to create positive transformation in their own lives by using both her professional and personal life experiences. Her passion for life, for helping others and her talent for sparking the desire for personal growth that lives in each one of us, are all hallmarks of her work.
When her family said women didn’t go to college, Carole walked away at
age 16, determined to get an education. When her guidance counselor told her she wasn’t smart enough, she went on to win a full scholarship to Boston University. Later, an accident prevented her from finishing college, but she followed her passion and evenutally went on to lead several social service organizations that have helped thousands of individuals in need.
Carole currently serves as President & CEO of one of Houston's award winning social service ministries. Carole has been leading and inspiring teams to achieve new heights for well over a decade. Carole holds a Master’s in Organizational Management and is a Certified Professional Coach.
