I've been wanting to learn to belly dance for years and was thrilled when Heidi came to our area! She is extremely talented and a very gifted teacher. I am a student in her ATS 101 Beginning Belly Dance Class and absolutely love it.
She makes everyone feel so welcome and her classes are for all ages and sizes. In addition to the beginner class, she also gives advanced classes, drum classes, mother-daughter classes, and teen classes.

Blue Rose Studio - 100% Pure American Tribal Style Belly Dance Student Review
As a upcoming student at Blue Rose Studio, and a regular student in the Cardio Raqs classes, I have to say that I am very pleased with the classes and feel that this a positive atmosphere for all women, of all shapes and sizes to come together and learn traditional tribal dances related to the art form of Pure American Tribal Style Belly Dance, that Heidi Capps-Hayden is teaching at Blue Rose Studio. I find the classes to be fun, positive, spiritually motivating and uplifting. This fills like a true sisterhood bond and I highly recommend all women living in the local area to drop in and take a session, from there, you will be hooked.
