About

Anne is a gifted vocalist, pianist, composer and lyricist with a conservatory degree in jazz and roots in rock, blues, R&B and country. Her repertoire includes a mix of jazz standards, jazzy adult-contemporary favorites and her original, crowd-pleasing and critically acclaimed songs from her tasty new album, "Cookin' in the Kitchen". Her toe-tappin' and touching songs will be the perfect mix of swing, ballads and blues piano-vocal music for your event.

Anne's major influences include Laura Nyro, Nina Simone, Marcia Ball, Anita Baker, Nat "King" Cole and Diana Krall. She and her jazz group have been performing steadily in the New York City region for over 10 years and Anne has toured regionally throughout the U.S. Recent appearances at music festivals include Centenary Mini- Blues Fest, opening for Peter Tork (of the Monkees), and Skylands Festival in NJ. She has been interviewed on WNTI 91.9 (Hackettstown, NJ) and WHPC 90.3 (Nassau County, NY) and her album is being played on over 100 radio stations nationwide. Anne received grants from the Musician's Foundation and annual ASCAPlus songwriter awards.
