Mesmerizing performances and hoop-tastic party experiences are available for any size event! We have been providing hoopdance performances, instruction and custom hoops since 2007. SacramentoHoopDance.com is connected to a community of performers to suit your needs. We specialize in LED performances (hoops with strobing and solid bright lights, as well as new "smart" LED hoops that create patterns, shapes and feature over 100 LEDs) and Glittery light reflecting hoopdance performances. Also, Mariah Dawn and Allisone offer an slightly more sensual tandem hooping experience in Sacramento - that's two girls in one hoop :)

Want to offer your guests an interactive experience they won't forget? Book a hooping party for kids and adult birthdays, bachelorette parties, girl's night out, etc and we'll bring the hoops, instructors and fun direct to your location. Also available for team building, business ice-breakers, nightclubs, art galleries, festivals, concerts, promotions and more.

We offer hoop rentals, interactive party instruction and entertainment for all ages, hoop-crafting parties and Glitter & LED hoop dance performances. Dazzling audiences with our unique flow arts performances since 2007, Allisone is sure to bring a smile to every party-goer's face :)

Interactive parties usually have 2-30 guests, and parties can last from 1 - 3 hours.

40 hoops available for rental. Hoop dance instruction can be provided for guests by veteran Hoop Dance instructor, Allisone, who is fully insured, and licensed by HoopGirl and Hoopnotica.

Custom full size hoops or micro hoops can also be created for the guest of honor at your party and as party favors for guests with advance notice.

Or, if you prefer an even more hands-on approach, you can book hoop-crafting party, and each guest will craft their own hoop with the help of veteran hoop crafter, Allisone. Additionally, an option to make it a metaphysical hoop crafting workshop is available. Attendees at the metaphysical workshop will be adding crushed gems and affirmations to enhance their spiritual experience while learning to use the hoop as a meditation tool.

Glitter, LED (lighted) or Fire hoop dance performances lasting 5 - 60 minutes by Allisone and her crew of performers are available for an additional fee. Guests are always amazed by the grace and motion of the hoopdance, especially during LED performances, our most popular booking. We have 6 various colored hoops that inspire awe and wonder in the entertainer and the spectator.

All of these services can be bundled or booked separately.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 5 - 180 minutes

Audience members will be mesmerized and enchanted by the shining glittering or LED hoops. They will learn to hoop dance like never before - even if they think they never could keep the hoop up, thanks to our fantastically large adult hoops covered in friction tapes.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
lots of space! (about 10 square feet per hooper for comfort)
no overhead obstruction - at least 8 ft clearance
soundsystem (in larger venues - will provide for small venues)

Additional Notes:
need adequate ground space and overhead space for hoops to swing freely and safely.
