It was easy to book. He communicated throughout. His suit was amazing and his ho ho ho was perfect. He had a calm presence about him and most children felt at ease. There is always one that is a no go. He even took photos with adults. The children were very engaged in the story. He even brought a few extra gifts for the children. Mrs clause unfortunately was under the weather and didn't make it. I definitely would book santa D again!
