I provide music for weddings, luncheons, dinners, tea parties, extended care homes, and church services. I love to play the piano and have done so for many, many years. I have played for numerous choirs, churches, soloists, and special events. I do a wide variety of music, including classical pieces, and am also able to learn new pieces if needed. I am confident that you will appreciate my skill on the piano, as I do love to express the music with true feeling.

What to Expect
I believe in "getting what you pay for". I would perform with excellence and skill. I would also be compliant to the client's needs and desires to the best of my ability, being ready to commit the time needed for rehearsal or practice. I would do all with honesty and integrity, good character, and willingness to serve and do it with joy. My attire would be appropriate to the event. I enjoy putting expression into the music in hopes to bless someone else with joy and peace.
I grew up learning to play the piano at a young age and started accompanying groups, soloists, and churches early on in my life. I played for school choirs through high school, played for my church in college, and also travelled with a music group throughout the U.S., Russia, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, for 3 months. Since then, even family life has been uppermost, I have continued to play for choirs, churches, soloists, and also have given lessons periodically. I primarily play religious pieces, but also enjoy classical, popular, and arrangements of different stylings. I now have grown children and am hoping to be able to use my talent more regularly. I would love to play for your event!
Additional Booking Notes
A piano, tuned within the last year, is preferred. If you would like to mike the piano, that will be your preference. I do need good lighting, inside and outside, so as to see the music well.
For weddings, I will use appropriate weddings songs, love songs, some classical for prelude, and will try to play whatever is asked of by the bride/groom, within appropriate boundaries.
For other events, as most of this would be "background" music, I would choose many different classical pieces, primarily with a quieter, more relaxing nature to it.
I would attempt to choose music that would be appropriate to the event as much as possible, and within my skill.
Tuned piano, keyboard with weighted keys, lighting for night time venue.
