With us you will receive exceptional service and delicious drinks served from our 1972 converted horse trailer, our movable bar, or from a pre exsisting bar at a BYOB venue. We create the classics for your event or we can make a custom fresh juiced drink just for you! You can go as crazy or simple as you would like, with beautiful garnishes to match your fresh drinks. The client provides the alcohol meaning that you can buy it from wherever at whatever price point you like from a detailed shopping list we give you based on your preferences (many places take back unopened bottles if you have any at the end of the nite too). Add ons include a seating area, glassware instead of plastic cups, hand lettered drink menu, large chalk signs for menu, dried fruit garnishes, taste testings and our generator use to name a few. We can do alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks, hydration stations, coffee bars or don't use it for drinks at! We have served desserts, appetizers, handed out gift bags and our trailer has been used as a photo back drop for pictures. Alex and Hanna are a husband and wife duo who not only married each other but married their love of whiskey and gardening to provide farm to table drinks with floral notes in what has become The Wandering Mare Mobile Bar LLC. Their love of mixology and 16+ years in the catering and bar business has led them to develop unique drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic that are not only beautiful but delicious. The trailer started as a dream and a unique idea for Central Illinois. After the perfect trailer was found lots of research, planning and help from friends and family came in to play to convert the 1972 trailer into a Mobile Bar set for drinks, hydration station, photo prop or to serve desserts and appetizers out of. Since the trailer there is now a mobile bar for places that the trailer cannot go and we offer our services to BYOB venues. Decorated for your event we know you will love our family owned mobile bar as much as we do!

We carry limited liability for alcohol insurance so for alcoholic events Dram Shop or liability insurance is required for the day of the event by the client. Proof of this insurance is due 2 days prior to the event. Client is responsible for all/any other permits required for their venue or location if applicable.
