The experences of the Young black men who trained in the south during segration to become pilots, fought in Europe and created a record of excellent when no one thought the could. The story shares the humor, drama, heartache, disppointment, excitement and pride of the "Red Tail Angels". Using the tuskegee Experience as an example how we can learn the principles of success and leadership.
