What to Expect
In every case, audience volunteers are welcomed into the show, and together we improvise our way to laughter for one and all!
Depending on the content chosen, your audience will be met by a character from history or a specific work of literature. For example, the comedy version of Romeo & Juliet is hosted by the historical tragedian Ned Alleyn, whilst the Christmas Carol is presented by Tiny Tim (all grown up).
Sometimes the notion of "interactive" frightens people - they think they'll be hauled unwillingly on stage and made a fool of. Please note that I only work with those who want to, and your guests can be assured of not being pulled in without volunteering.
Christopher Davis is a SAG-AFTRA actor, author and comedian. In an effort to put his degree in Philosophy from Villanova University to the best possible use, he’s been entertaining and educating audiences of all ages since 1988.
Shakespeare, Poe, Dickens, Greek mythology and Kipling provide his material for interactive comedies which make history and literature more accessible and enjoyable, while giving audience members a chance to take a meaningful role in the performance.
