Extremely professional and courteous to everyone. The cleanup was amazing- while I had requested 3 - there was a mix-up and four arrived - the 4th stayed for about 1/2 the time and left- they were all great. Very pleased and would definitely use their services again
I have been pondering on weather to write this or not but I hope to save someone elses big event or wedding in my case. First of all they are very unprofessional, you can not reach them EVER on the phone, you must call the number press 1 to be connected to a voicemail and pray they call back in a timely manner usually with in a few days. The first lady I spoke with quoted that i would only need two servers seeings i had two bartenders, she wrote me up a quote on gig salad and i told her i was going to call around for quotes. when i called back 2 days later the sound lady i spoke to was unable to find any information on my quote and said the other lady was off today, I was confused so i got on gig salad and realized they use two different names ( I am assuming to compete with themselves?) Two days before the wedding i had a feeling they would no show up (seeings all my vendors called me to set the right expectations go over last minute details and make sure we were on the same page.) I called all day leaving voicemails and didn't hear back from anyone, I got on gig salad and e mailed them and wrote how i felt they were unprofessional and seemingly unreliable and that i needed to speak with someone ASAP. A man called me two hours later and said we know what were doing so we don't feel we need to call you prior to the event, he told me we were extremely understaffed and that if we didn't hire more of his waiters he couldn't guarantee things to go smoothly, i told him that his EMPLOYEE said with the amount of guest we were having and the fact that everything was prepared and it was alacarte style we would be fine and i suggested he look at the quote and what she said in it. After that he said yeah 2 people should be fine. I told him i wanted to add 3 extra hours and asked him to send me a quote for that and i would pay it so we would have more time. ( lighting candles, pour water glasses whatever small tasks needed done) he sent me the quote and i paid it right away, the day of the wedding, they showed up 3 hours late imagine that, they didn't no they were suppose to be there early, their "boss" never told them. Only lady and i say this kindly looked like she just rolled out of bed, the other one had stains all over her shirt, they had no idea what they were expected to do or how to do it. Renee whom i thought was leader was caught by my mother loading jello shots and plates into her bag, I expected them to eat that wasn't a problem but the fact that the reception just started and she was loading her duffle bag with our food and jello shots blew my mind. the tables weren't being kept up and the water goblets were filled once. i asked them to re fill them so finally they did, Renee cut my wedding cake with her fingers, ( my photographer got pictures) she said "These stands and fondu they use are different then what I'm use to!" One of the wait staff left really early just fled the scene and Renee stayed until her hours were up, I fully intend to tip but the service we received and the fact she was stealing blew my mind, all my other vendors were tipped well. To finish this up, look at your reviews, don't go with the cheapest and make sure you have a professional company.
She was on time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. My family and guest enjoyed her service.
The server did arrive on time. This person needs training to take control and what to do to assist at a party. We had bar/refreshment table, buffet table and also an appetizers display on the kitchen bar. This person needs to able to take control and know what to do without being asked or told to do everything. They need to know how to talk with people to ask their needs, keep tables arranged neat, etc. It was like she was an invite to our party. Very nice person, but was expecting more professional assistance. She also spent quite a bit of time on her personal cell phone.
Let me start by saying the staff that showed up and staffed did a great job. I hired and paid for 3 bartenders and 4 wait staff.One wait staff never showed . And after about 15 min of the staff being therr the owner of the venue came to me and said the bartender was drunk. The man in charge of the staff dismissed her and sent her home. So we were down two staff members. Which left a long line at the bar. My bill should be adjusted for being down two members of staff.
Bartenders: They were ok. Spilled champagne on 2 of my guest. Fill the drinks to the top of the cups so when guest too the drinks off the bar they spilled.
Waitstaff: They were very polite and eager to help and wait on my guest.
Our bartender was very professional, and friendly to all our guests. It was a big wedding and he was a champ! Thank you so much!
