We had you in mind when we created our photo booths; which is why our main objective was to create a system that was stylish, fun, affordable, and user friendly so you and your friends would have a blast. We want you to have the best experience possible, that's why our photo booths are equipped with the latest technology, including professional lighting, camera, and printer.

The first step when booking our photobooth services is for the customer to place a deposit or make the payment in full. The deposit is half of the event total, and the remaining balance can be paid on the event date.
Following payment collection, a service agreement is customized to the customers event and includes all of our terms and conditions. After the service agreement is rendered, we come in contact a few more times before the event. We'll want to start designing the photo strip together to make sure it's perfectly customized to your liking.
The initial design process starts about 30 days before your event, and is usually finalized about 2 weeks before the event. After the custom design is created, we're ready for your event! We arrive one hour before your event start time to set things up, stay for the duration of your event, and then break down! When the event is over, you'll have a link to a cloud that has all of your event photos stored. We'll mail you a hard copy of each photo, or, if you have a scrap book we'll print an extra copy right then and there.
Tailored Connections has been servicing events since early 2016 and prides itself in being the premier photo booth provider in the greater Indianapolis Area. Since our launch, we have serviced a combination of over 200 events including weddings, concerts, corporate events, birthday parties, graduations, and much more.
Our objective is to provide a fun, affordable, and user friendly photo booth experience to all of our clients; no matter their event type. We accomplish our goal by providing and utilizing the highest quality booths, latest photo booth technologies, and by employing the most, personable, driven, and passionate individuals who fit right in at any event.
Each event we do is fully customized to our customers' liking. After all, each event is extremely different and requires different photo booth needs! We help each one of our clients customize everything including the type of booth that is going to be provided, the prop selection that is going to be used at the event, the social networks the photos are going to be able to be shared on and of course, the custom graphics and designs on the photo strips. We work with our customers every step of the way to provide an extremely personalized experience that you and your guests will enjoy and remember for years to come.
Our photo booths exceed the industry standards by utilizing the latest technology and are capable of some incredibly unique features! Most of our events include the following:
-On site booth attendant for your entire event
-The amount of photo time you have requested (we will arrive one hour before your start time to set the booth up, time will go by, and then we take down the photo booth)
-Custom graphics and designs (I.E. putting the names of a bride and groom on a layout that contains their wedding colors, or a company logo on a photo strip.)
-Unlimited prints - One copy for each guest that goes through the booth and one copy for the event host
-Social media integration
-Complimentary props
-Your choice between open air or enclosed booth
-Digital and Hard Copies of all the photos
-Digital Props (like Snapchat filters)
-SMS/Email sharing and data collection
-Online gallery of all of your event photo
We are always able to talk about more custom options like vinyl wrapping the booth to match your theme, or branding email and sms sharing capabilities with your logo/website. The possibilities with a Tailored Connections photo booth are endless!
We require very minimal electricity, and prefer to be near an outlet. We do have one 40 foot extension cord, but you're always welcome to add to that length with your own cords.
