This is the second time I have engaged Steve. He's a great violinist that is focused on providing a quality performance. We will definitely use him again when our tour brings us back to the greater Cleveland area.
Response from Steve Ostrow:
Aw, thanks again, Denise! Good luck with the rest of your tour!
We are very thankful to Steve for helping to make our event a very touching evening.
I hired Steve to play for a re-proposal for my wife. I had some very specific songs I wanted him to play and on top of that I needed him to play at a very busy Red Lobster in Strongsville. I worked with Steve for close to two weeks and he was extremely prompt in his responses. I only requested him to play two songs but he wanted me to get the most for my buck so he encouraged me to pick some more music, which my feeble mind could not accomplish. A side note here, one song I asked him to play was “Baby I love Your Way” by Peter Frampton. He mastered this song in a very short amount of time and positively nailed it! He played while I re-proposed to my wife and then played the other song I requested. During the Baby I love Your Way he even sang and got me singing as well. He then asked my wife what she would like to hear,” Somewhere Over The Rainbow” was requested, again he nailed it. Steve is such an amazing personality as well as musician, he sat down with us and played his violin like a ukulele and played an old fashioned cute song. The bottom line is simply this, if you need him on a certain day and he is not available, you should reschedule your event, he is that good, no hyperbole either. If your event requires the best then you hire the best and Steve Ostrow is without a doubt THE BEST. Should I ever need to hire a musician again I won’t even consider anyone else, Steve is my guy. If I had to sum his performance in one word I would say “Bravo”!
If the headline didn't say it all, I will say it again. Steve played violin for our outdoor wedding ceremony in Lakewood Ohio on Lake Erie. He started off with classic strolling violin music, then he played all the songs we requested for he ceremony even throwing in a trumpet fanfare for a grand finale , then continued playing until all guests had moved on. We met with Steve a couple of times and he is a friendly , interesting, talented artist. He aims to please. I feel like we are old friends and we will recommend his services to all who ask.
I hired Steve for my sisters wedding ceremony. He did an amazing job! Very professional, helpful and talented. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve.
