I hired Ryan to play for my mom’s 81st birthday. He was awesome. He knew every tune that we requested. My mom is from Scotland and she absolute loved it. I highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for a professional bagpiper!!!!
I contacted Ryan mid-afternoon before an event scheduled for the following morning. My text was to define a few details. To my astonishment he said that he wasn’t going to come. No notice. Nothing! He offered to refund or to try and find someone else.
I had advertised that I would have an Irish Piper so I needed a replacement. Thank goodness Jason said yes. Book with Jason, who did an excellent performance. I am still shaking my head in confusion as to why Ryan failed to reach out to let me know there was a situation. Disappointed to say the least

I once again apologize for not being able to give you more than a day’s notice of my absence. I did explain the situation to you in detail. If you recall I said I was unable to perform for your event due to the fact I made a last-minute move to North Carolina. However, if you recall I immediately contacted and booked Jason Bachman, my Bagpipe band Leader, as your replacement Bagpiper for you seeing as how I was unable to drive 6 hours back to Pennsylvania. You seemed in good spirits about the situation after I had worked it all out and informed you that you were in fact covered. You quoted me $100 which I was okay with considering it was your budget. Considering that, I paid Jason $150 and sent you both each others contact info to ensure there would be no question of his appearance. I asked Jason how the gig went shortly after and he said it went very well. If I was as apathetic and inconsiderate as you claim, my actions speak otherwise. If you would be so kind, please consider writing a more favorable review in regards to my integrity as a performer.

Ryan was great! I have a double deck brewery overlooking the Yellow Breeches Creek and he was very accommodating playing to both upper and lower decks for all to enjoy 🙌
I will be using him again and highly recommend to others ever in need of a “piper” for any occasion. Cheers🍀
Ryan was amazing! I was so excited to have Ryan play as a surprise for my husband as I walked down the isle at our wedding. He went above and beyond to help keep it a secret, even coming to the rehearsal and sold his part as the assistant for audio!
Thank you Ryan and for being such a fun part in our wedding day!! We will definitely have you play for any future events.
