What are the rates to book?
Selfie Station can be booked with a minimum of 2 hours.
The first two hours are $250.
Each additional hour added is $100 each.
$150 deposit due at time of booking.
There is a maximum of 8 hours per event, per day. We are more than happy to book multiple day events. The maximum 8 hours per day would still apply. If you have an extra long event that you'd like to book the entire time frame, please contact us for special request.
What is included for the price?
Your booking costs include all of the following:
- Complete Selfie Station Booth, complete with props, backdrops, green screens, etc!
- Personal Selfie Station Booth Attendant!
- Free digital copy of photo for each guest
(Printed Photo packages available for add-on - will confirm during phone call after booking)
- Free digital copy of each photo for you!
- Free social media & text sharing - advertise your business or event with a custom frame or graphics, in real time!
- Complete set-up & tear-down done by us - nothing for you to do!
What is your booking policy?
Please book us for your event at least 30 days in advance. Sometimes we may have an opening within a shorter time frame, but it's not always guaranteed. We must arrive an hour before your event start time. Please keep that in mind when choosing your booking time. You are only responsible for the cost of the event execution, not the set-up & tear-down time.
We only have a 2 hour time minimum.
$150 deposit due at time of booking. The remainder of the total balance can be paid at any time before the event but no later than 7 days before the event date. If the Client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the event and not refund any fees paid. Extenuating circumstances do happen and we are happy to work with you if something like this happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Your event must be located with 100 miles of Grove City, Ohio. Please verify this before booking. If your event is happening more than 100 miles from Grove City, Ohio, please contact us for a custom price quote.
All bookings will be required to abide by a rental agreement. Both Snap It and the Client will be required to sign the agreement and pay the deposit upon booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund of deposit if cancelled 30+ days before event.
50% refund of deposit if cancelled 15-29 days before event.
No refund of deposit if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
Request of Cancellation must be received within writing or via email. The date received or email sent will be the date by which deposit refund will be prorated.
What do I need to do after I book my event with you?
After you pay your deposit, sign the rental agreement and give us details about your event, there's nothing more for you to do but anxiously await our arrival at your event! You also want to be sure to have your remaining balance paid in full within 7 days of your event!
We will contact you 14 days before the event to confirm the details. We will also contact you at 7 days before the event if you still owe a balance.
