I am Photographer who has done Medical Photography for over 15 years. Who is now spreading out into more areas. I have done everything from Concerts - Weddings over those 15+ years. What to Expect
First off I will never assume just because we talked that I have the job. I never have clients sign contract till we agree on all terms. Deposits are due when signing contract. I am willing to meet my clients in person and come to them. I have no problem working with others, and able to meet people needs to what needs to be done. I have many options to preview my work during a shoot. May it be online (Facebook, Website, Text, and Email) I am also looking into Apps for previews. Please keep in mind these are not finalized photo's. I also have the means to print onsite 4"x6" high quality prints on the go for proofing.
Depending on clients needs and location I plain accordingly. I will go over locations, and times of event or events and make sure they confirmed week ahead. If need be I will precautions to be close by for events like weddings, concerts, large events, or based on distance. If you need a team of photographers I do work with few local photographers and will always make sure that we all meet. I am in the process of working on printed book with there works to sample. I only work with members of the PPA or fully insured photographers. They will be written into my contract, given credit on all work, but also protected to my Copyright Logo.
I protect all my clients from copyright and privacy as well as liability insurance on my end. There is saying sometime it better to pay little bit more once then to pay twice. These three things are to protect you and put mind to ease. Your photo's will never be shown online to the public without your permission, I respect every client as I would be working in the Medical Field. If a client wish to use these photo's for publishing use I will sign off on contract stating two points that they are copyrighted by me, and ask to be acknowledged for the work. By using my logo on the print, which will protect you and promote me.
If you also would like people to take photo's during event and have them shared on my website or edited by me. I will always credit the person work and attach there name to the print on embedded water mark. I then can print these photo's with my work. I really encourage this for events, and weddings. Which the client will be able to select photo's to be published for prints and books. It gives an extra view to the event.
**Please note cell phone pics are not always high quality and may not always print well. I recommend people use digital camera's. Please feel free to have guest ask me about there equipment by email.
I also carry a laptop or iPad for quick uploads and back ups. Most my cameras have two memory cards in them, and I do carry multi cards to be able to back up through out the event. Insure all moments are saved 3 times. Which when I am done will be saved to Disk (CD/ DVD/ Bluray) for raw photo's then again after editing is done. To three disks, two for back up, and one to you. Photo's are stored on secured in house server for 6 months, as well as online under secure log in site for 6 months. Please let me know if need more time on web site. All memory cards that I own are recorded by photo's of both sides, showing cards info. I inventory every card before and after all shoots. As well as all my equipment, and carry the check list with me. It's out of habit after working in the medical field to insure safety to HIPPA, and clients.
Why i go to all these great length is insure every thing I do is protected, this is a investment you are making. I respect that, as this is my business and my equipment and work is my investment as well. I have traveled over seas for shoots and around the country. Not once have I ever had an issue, because I take the processions to protect. This will help to put your mind to ease, and allow you to enjoy your day or event. Its the little things that insure my work. Every thing from water proof cases, extra back up equipment, and batteries. The little details not many think about. But if you been doing this as long as I have you plain ahead. I even carry $150,000 equipment insurance, so no matter what happens I am covered.

I started off life working for family business here in WNY. I was taught about customer service, hard work, and going the extra mile. Till the business got embezzled and came down to making choice of employees with families or me leaving. My two uncle was also a inspiration into computers and photography, one who was and still is on the tech forefront. Showed me my first PC & Apple back in 1980's. My other uncle photographer by hobby. Showed me so much over the years. I attended a World Renowned Private School for Dyslexic's. Where technology, arts, and sports where part of heavy influence on students with school. I am also self taught on PC and Mac, but enjoy learning with continued education on Photography, and PC and Mac. As member of PPA I enhance my learning through lectures and online courses.
I have worked retail selling Computers and Cameras. Where I was trained in Mac and Widows PC, and technical understanding of printers, and camera's. I worked for a local Surgeon. Where I was the Personal Assistant, VIP lesion for patients, IT, Videographer, Photographer, Publisher, and Illustrator where just few of my job titles. I traveled all over the place, examples India, Canada, all over the US. Where I helped with lectures, photographed and took video or surgeries, and lectures. My work has been published in 500+ lectures, many published works. I have also worked with Drug Companies, Medical device companies documenting products, and procedures for training, and publishing. My work has been published in books, and in house patient informational books.
Couple years ago, took some time for myself, working part time and going back to school. After the loose of my brother. I am now getting back into working full time, as well as working with several photo clubs in the area. I currently work doing consulting on PC and Macs, as well as repairs. I also consult on digital photography equipment, and work as photographer. I have stepped away from video work. I also work with my Fiancé on training our German Shepard for working class titles. Which we use for therapy, and tracking.
Over the years I have taken photo's of all kind of events, some payed some donated time. I am always learning about new ways to photograph and new technology to the craft. I am also currently working on several certifications though different organization (Nikon Pro, and Sony Pro), as well as few Medical photography , and other photography groups. As well as getting my Press Pass credentials as freelance photographer.
I am doing what I love in life, and with that it shows in my work. I take great pride of my work, and at the same time criticize my work to push my self further. The camera is only as good as the photographer behind it, any one can get lucky with one shoot. But few can deliver amazing shoots time after time. Unless they truly know there equipment, maintain them, and know what to look for.
Additional Booking Notes
During large events I do ask for power, if possible internet. If not don't worry I carry a iPad or Cell modem. As well as some place to store equipment in secure location if available, and work area, with table and chair. If not I will have portable one with me.
Small events do not need much at all, maybe power. If not available I do have AC converter in Car.
** If event requires me to bring lighting for work I will need power. I do carry battery lights and flashes, but during extended event better of using them plugged in.
