From pop, rock to folk, funk, and country, I play it all. I'm perfect for weddings, house parties, church events, and small night clubs. My show can scale; my SO can accompany me on violin, as well a few female vocalists for harmonies and female-led music, as well as a percussionist. If you want passionately performed, intimately delivered live music, look no further.
I also sing, write, and perform original music with a focus on positive social change. Check out www.reverenddoctormusic.com for more info.
I made a great choice having him play at our reception, all of our guests enjoyed his music and his voice was beautiful! He kept in contact with me prior to the event and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely ask for him to come back for a future event.
Response from Reverend Doctor:
Paulina and Hector were so fun to work with and are such an awesome couple! Easy to be a pro when you have such great people to work with :). Thanks again!
Keith did an amazing job setting the mood for our guests as they entered we the venue before the ceremony and exited. We had many friends after the fact come up and say how great of a touch it was to have him singing songs but Elvis, etc. Not to mention he has a killer voice! We would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Thank you Keith!!
Response from Reverend Doctor:
Kelsey and her husband were super excited and easy to work with. I had so much fun adding a special touch to their day. Congrats you two!
Not much more to say than fantastic. showed up early to set up. Played a great mix of music. Very personable, easy to talk with, laid back and groovy. I would recommend to any one who wants to hear great music from a great guy. Our friends are still talking about how good he was.
Response from Reverend Doctor:
Great clients to work with! Tara and Joe were so cool and laid back--they made it easy to put on a great performance! Thank you again for letting me be a part of your night :). It's easy to sound your best when you're playing for such a great group. Cheers Tara! Happy birthday, Joe!
We had the best experience with Keith! Super talented musician, professional and friendly. Can’t say enough! Would love to work with him again.
All of our consumers were very excited and very much enjoyed the show. We would love to have him back. Good music!
We had an intimate dinner party at our home and requested some acoustic guitar/singing for our dinner. Overall, The Last Gold Leaf had great talent and presence, however, there were just some slight scheduling and organizational concerns. We would recommend him to others and will request his services in the future!
Excellent musicians. Wonderful sound. Amazing evening. Could not have been more perfect!
Keith was great. I wish I would have had him mic-ed because he sang quieter than a lot of guitarists I have experienced. His music was excellent, a great variety. He is super kind, on time, and enjoyed by all. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
He did an amazing job he got there early and performed a song that he had probably never done before and did a great job and has an amazing voice thanks for all your help

Additional Booking Notes
Taken directly from my tech rider:
Thanks for your interest in booking a show for Reverend Doctor. Below is a list of our technical requirements. This may all be a bit formal, but it’s not meant to inconvenience you. We wrote this so your show and our performance can be successful! If there are any questions or if you have trouble providing anything mentioned in this please contact us before the show and we’ll work something out.
OUR STAGE SETUP IS:
Stereo Looper Pedal
We assume that there will be a well-sized PA system provided for the concert room with sufficient power to supply a clean and undistorted 98dB SPL RMS to the mixing desk and a feedback-proof monitor system. For this particular show, Reverend Doctor can provide a PA with all the necessary mics and cables at an additional cost. If not, the feedback-proof monitoring system is important because of the use of the looper pedal. Sound and feedback can quickly become a problem if the monitor system is not set up successfully. If the venue requires it, for the looper pedal there should be 2 Passive DI boxes provided by the venue to provide a balanced signal to the board. Otherwise, 2 quarter inch cables will be needed to provide signal from the looper pedal to the board.
PA and Monitor system
Appropriate cables for both
2 DI boxes for 1/4 inch to XLR or 2 appropriate length 1/4 inch cables to sound board
1 appropriate length XLR cables and microphone.
2 tripod-style vocal mic stands with telescoping ability (the vocalist is 6’3”).
Provided by Reverend Doctor:
We provide a high gain-before-feedback mic to aid in making the looping pedal a success. The mic and acoustic guitars are sent to the looper pedal that has 1/4 inch outputs, one each for the left and right channels. I have an additional Beta SM 87 vocal mic for sending to the board for when I wish to sing but not have vocals looped.
N/D957 Electro Voice Microphone
We will need at least one stage monitor with reverb, EQ and Compression available on all channels to the front of house and monitors.
We will need a qualified sound engineer, stage technician, and lights technician if your venue requires it. At the moment we do not have a regular engineer, so we depend heavily on the on-site-staff.
Sound & Lighting:
Overall, we prefer a natural sound, just a touch of reverb on the vocals should be appropriate. Overall, the show has a very wide dynamic range, so please use compression. Overall, the lighting should simply be enough for the pedalboard and guitar to be visible while on stage.
A small table (approx 3ft x 3ft) or card table and a small light or some candles in the same room as the show, if possible.
Thanks for your help!
