He combines storytelling, humor, data, and current events with 25 years of leadership experience with Bank of America and AT&T to help audiences break life down into bit size nuggets that are easy to consume. Before retiring in 2017 to start his company Respectology, he spent over 25 years in leadership with Bank of America and AT&T. During that time, he held a variety of positions including Regional Sales Director, Area Manager of Customer Experience, Program Director-Affinity Partnerships, Merchant Services Call Center Director and Customer Advocate Services Administrator.
While in Corporate America, Brian mastered the practice of “empathic leadership” to achieve performance results and develop future leaders within his organizations. He understands the vital importance of good workplace coaching, culture building and leadership by example.
In addition to being a solo motivational speaker, he speaks with his 22-year-old son Avery on how to create healthy family relationships. A basketball coach for over 10 years, Brian has been recognized by the NBA/WNBA as a Coach of the Year for his efforts on and off the court.
He is happily married to his wife and best friend Lynette for 28 years and they are the proud parents of two sons Avery and Justin.
