They were able to put all the details together in a short turn-around efficiently and effectively. I knew I was in great hands from our first call together. Jillian was so great to work with for this event! I was totally clueless and she helped me from start to finish to make sure everything was great. We had a few hiccups but her and her team rolled with the punches and adapted to changes to make sure that everything worked out. I booked Jillian for an in-office happy hour I wasn't able to attend (I'm based in Seattle and I couldn't make the trip for a 2 hour meeting). My husband and I chose Reflections by Jillian for my 50th birthday celebration. After discussing with Jillian what my thoughts were for the party, she swung into action, even suggesting a signature drink that was real hit! I hired Reflections by Jillian to help plan a corporate event that I had last month. I was very happy working with Jillian and her team! Jillian made every step of the process easy on me, as I didn't want to have to put too much of my own time into the planning. She helped give me ideas and suggestions, and planned the event for roughly 200 people. Jillian also took care of the staffing from bartenders to servers and hosts. Overall great experience. I would work with Reflections by Jillian again for sure, and would recommend her services to anyone!

With a performance background and passion for food and hosting, entertaining is a natural fit for me.
I enjoy creating a space where people can relax and enjoy themselves. I started my career in restaurants, promotional events for brands, along with performing and assisting on events with an entertainment production company. Later, I worked with an event staffing agency where I saw the need for clients to have customized event services. I gained valuable insight from working with hospitality and entertainment leaders for my entire career. I've learned what gets people engaged and connected to set the scene for a memorable experience.
Since I started Reflections three years ago, I have had the pleasure to work with clients in many industries including fashion, tech, marketing, nonprofit, and private clients. This business is my place to bring my work experience and the passion I have for people, food, and hosting all together to create special experiences for my clients.
