Range and Reef"s chef Jim Holderbaum provides cooking and grilling services for corporate and private events. Chef Jim specializes in natural wood grilling of meats, seafood and vegetables, shrimp and seafood boils and traditional New England lobster clambakes. All the cooking and grilling is done "al fresco" and on site. Chef Jim prepares unique "food events" for as few as 10 guests to over 200 guests.

Chef Jim Holderbaum has been cooking and grilling "al fresco" for family and friends for over 20 years, sharing his experiences in the joy of food and hospitality from around the world. In his previous profession, Jim traveled to over 60 countries where the diverse cooking methods, flavors, and presentation of food inspired him to pursue his passion for creating unique food experiences where cooking becomes part of the event. Jim is skilled in the art of direct grilling with natural wood fires of oak, cherry, apple, peach and maple and grills year round.
