Queen Events is a comprehensive planning, coordinating, marketing, fundraising and execution service provider. We provide eloquent service to private, corporate and non-profit clientele. We organize weddings, conferences, banquets, social gatherings, annual benefits, fundraisers and more! majority of our design, decoration and marketing is done in-house. Which gives you a quicker turnaround time on your invitations, tickets, run through floor plans and any other printed material needed to make your occasion a reality; at a price that beats most of our competitors. We also provide decoration design and implementation FREE with the purchase of materiel and a sign planning contract.

What to Expect
Once you have chosen us to make your dreams a reality, we will send over some questions to get an affirmative idea of what you are looking to experience for your occasion. Upon completion, we will forward a formal proposal outlining the specifics of the services and pricing for review and negotiation if necessary. When we are ALL on the same page, THE FUN BEGINS. You will have the opportunity to provide any required information to create your guest/attendee and/or vendor list. Design announcements, invitations, flyers, press releases (if needed), etc. Coordinate all outside vendor support and negotiate contracts for services. We will obtain props and decoration in sync with the color choice and theme. Submit a mark-up of decor plans for your approval and/or revision. We meet with you on a weekly or bi weekly schedule to ensure that things are on schedule and any unforeseeable issues can be addressed as we become aware of them.
We have over 15 years experience planning and executing events. We helped organize the 2008 DNC Convention; supported the coordination of volunteer scheduling and call center participation. By supporting the choice of picking the volunteer center venue, armored vehicle to service upcoming administration staff and security teams. Served as support to the Executive Staff of the Host Committee. Attended weekly status meetings to collaborated with the various community organizations and local political party representatives to report, update and secure procurement for all necessary aspects of the execution of the event.
Over the years, we have planned and decorated numerous birthday celebrations, bar mitzvah's, quinceaneras, holiday gatherings and more. From compiling the quest list, creating and distributing announcements and invitations to providing the guest with thank you cards and care packages at the clients request. Specializing in themed events. We love to create the atmosphere and setting that you desire within a reasonable budget.
As a member of NAPW in the summer of 2016 we organized the volunteer scheduling and participation at the National BBQ Battle in Washington, DC to meet the community involvement requirements set by the organization's leadership. Through seeking out and connecting with local non-profit organizations that aligned with the principles that the organization sought to support. Coordinated event information report by non-profit representative. Finally, coordinated scheduling of member support in per-determined time intervals. Followed-up with members with Thank-you correspondence.
During the Winter of 2016, we solicited sponsorship's, compiled information and created marketing information and materials for the Black Salute to Excellence; an annual award ceremony for minority educators that takes place in the spring. Organized bi-weekly status meetings with organization representatives for information retrieval, material approval and alteration and status updated on sponsorship interest and participation.
