All of our booths utilize cutting edge, industry leading equipment and software. We hire only the best attendants that have gone through a thorough background check and have extensive training to ensure a fabulous experience. We carry a 2 million dollar aggregate insurance policy, so you can rest assured that we have you covered!

If I can give more stars, I would! Prims Photo Booth added a great element to my event. My event (wedding) is still being talked about today between my friends and family on how awesome the photo booth setup was for the night. First off, the Prims Photo Booth team worked with me on the night before the event to finalize my custom designed. They worked with me through many versions of the photo template until I found the one I liked. Very helpful, creative and friendly during this process. At the event, Prims Photo Booth arrived on schedule, built the setup in no time (inflatable background recommended), stationed the props without affecting the decorations, and interacted with my guests in a friendly and professional manner. No complaints or issues were encountered during my event and Prims Photo Booth. I will hire them again for my next event (for sure). Thank You, Prims Photo Booth!

Not sure what the mix up was, when photo booth attendant arrived she demanded payment before setting up. My records from GigSalad shows that no further payment was due. After a few calls back and forth, she set up. The props provided were minimal at best. Attendant continued to have an unprofessional attitude the rest of the night. Even my guests were put off by her attitude. I assume they were paid because I've had no communication with them since the event. Not even to apologize about payment mix up.

Let me first explain where the misunderstanding happened with the request for payment. We quoted you for 3 hours of operation, you paid for the three hours through GigSalad but then said that you wanted 3.5 hours. We updated the invoice, and tried multiple times to reach you to discuss how you would like to take care of the difference or if you would like to just go with three hours as was quoted. Because we had not been able to reach you, our attendant was left trying to find out how you would like to take care of the balance on site. Your mother indicated that you were not there, and would not be there. We did not charge the card she gave us, and went ahead and provided the 3.5 hours because we felt it would be best to just waive the charge for the additional half hour and call it a day since we were unable to reach you directly prior to the event, at the time of the event, or after.
As far as the attendant goes, she has been with us for several years and has always exceeded our client's expectations with timeliness, professionalism, and customer experience. As a matter of fact, she is one of our most requested attendants. Regardless, I am very sorry you are disappointed with the service you received from her. I have reached out to her and her response was that she had no indication that your mother had had any concerns, that if any concerns had been brought to her attention, she would have gladly addressed them.

As the Event Coordinator at a private country club I organize and oversee events for our club, corporate meetings, weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, many who use photo booths. What to Expect
When you book our photo booths you will receive First Class service from start to finish. We charge on a simple hourly rate. Whether we are booked for an event for two hours or twelve, you will get the very same level of service. Every one of our clients are VIPs!
PRIMs Photo Booth is a partner of Pro Images, LLC; a full-service event photography company that was established to provide fan photography encompassing roving photography, green screens, and onsite printing and delivery service for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Since then, we began operating as the event photographer for Los Angeles Angels, Camelback Ranch in Phoenix, AZ and Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY serving Derby week including taste of Derby, Kentucky Oaks, and the Kentucky Derby.
After this expansion, we began the process of developing a separate division that would encompass more than pro sports venues. In doing so, we broadened our products and services to include a more personalized experience of event photography as well as both open air and enclosed photo booths. Because of the variety of services and our pride in customization of each and every aspect of our products, we also acquired a full-service print house.
When pulling all of our resources together we found that we are able to implement a program that offers superior products while maintaining the highest level of customer service, all at an affordable price point for each and every client. The result of our creative hard work is the PRIMs Photo Booth. We think you will love what you find when you get to know this side of us.
Here is what you will encounter when you do business with us. Once you decide to have a PRIMs Photo Booth at your event, it only takes a $100.00 date reservation deposit. We will talk about the direction and theme of your event. We will take any current artwork that you have, from invitations to ideas you or your client have for direction of artwork, and we will start our research to prepare a personalized photo booth experience. Once we actually start building your proof, or at least 30 days prior to your event, we will charge 50% of the remaining balance of the contracted total. We will deliver a client proof of artwork for approval. Once we have approval, we will put all of the artwork into play. The final step will be delivery and set-up of your photo booth and requested services.
We usually arrive an hour prior to the event, this is flexible as from time to time for security reasons or simple logistics we need to arrive earlier or later. The photo booth will be operational with an attendant the entire event. As far as the remaining balance, it will be charged on the day of the event. Following the closure of our services the images will be uploaded to a password protected gallery for the host and their guests to download complimentary. And that's it.
The beautiful thing about our service is that our staff is fun and engaged, making sure that everyone who enters our photo booth is having a great time. We do not have any hidden charges or fees. Every part of our service is included in our hourly rate from delivery and set up to prop box, social media integration and artwork integration.

Our photographers are constantly continuing their education through the Nikon School and maintain a close mentoring relationship with several of the Nikon Ambassadors. Our computers and operating software are maintained through Apple's Joint Venture ensuring that they are kept in peek performance.

We only request a standard 120v outlet, but we do have generators for those times that they are not available.
