Nancy taught a class called "One Simple Change" for our group. She has a great way of explaining what things will make the biggest difference and how to start slowly so you can make lasting changes over time. The class was filled with helpful tips and ideas and she presented a variety of ways to get started. At the end she answered as many questions as we could throw at her, and we all felt encouraged to find the one thing we heard that was most appealing to us and start there. I personally loved her ideas regarding what to add to my smoothies to make them more nutritious and filling.
