What to Expect
The Polar Princesses strive to bring an ear to ear smile to the faces of every child they come across. Whether it be for a birthday party, a small group tea party or even a charity benefit walk, we pride ourselves on creating an interactive atmosphere that builds on the imaginations of those we service. All of our offerings are interactive. Even our singing performances give the children a chance to become a prince or a princess themselves.
Our performers undergo extensive training to establish a solid background in which a character can be portrayed to present a realistic feel for your event. Our princesses are dressed in handmade gowns from a separate company that have been carefully chosen for each character. Our vocalist performer is highly trained in theatrical arts as to deliver the best renditions of your favorite melodies possible.
* We offer packages with either the Snow Queen, the Ice Princess or the Beauty Princesses and packages with multiple princesses. Please clarify in your quote whether you want one character or more.*
Our Birthday packages come with ONE character, but another can be added for an additional cost.

Each community event is unique so we do not currently offer a package for them. All above packages can be used for community events at a discounted price. A Polar Princesses Booth is offered for benefits and community events that require a vendor like presentation. Other options are available depending on size and nature of each event. We are always open to new ideas when it comes to giving back, so if you have an idea please pitch it to us and well do our best to bring your dream to life.

How do I pay?
Payment is done via paypal, Gigsalad or with cash/check at the events end. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the parties cost is due at the time of booking. The rest must be paid, if digitally, before the parties start, if cash/check by the end of the party.
Is there a limit to how many children can be at the party?
No, there is no limit on how many children can be at a party. This being said, any time the group amount exceeds 15, there will be a $20 charge per hour for every 10 children over. Parents may also want to extend the time so everyone can have enough time with the princesses.
Is there a mileage fee?
There is no mileage fee for parties within 35 miles of the Princesses Pennsylvania Home. After the first 35 miles, there will be a .50 cent charge for every mile. The fee will be calculated from State College for non service areas and from the closest service area when located in a service area.
Should I tip?
Tips are not required or expected, however they are greatly appreciated!
What should I do in the weeks and days leading up to my party?
There isn’t much you need to do in the weeks coming up to an event. At the one week mark, please contact one of the representatives from The Polar Princesses. This is done to confirm time, location and other factors to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Can my party be held outside?
Yes, your party can be held outside, however a backup indoor venue must be planned in case of inclement weather.
Can my party be held at a separate venue other than my home?
Yes, as long as The Polar Princesses receives some type of proof of the venue's booking.
Will I need to (or another adult) be present when the character is present?
Although your princesses are very excited to meet your guests and to become excellent friends, they are not there as babysitters for your children. It is important that a parent or guardian remains with the group at all times.
The Polar Princesses are not liable or responsible for damages or other incidents that occur during princesses visits. (This is listed for the future safety of the company not in response to any previous problems.)
It is not the intention of The Polar Princesses to violate any copyright laws. Our Princesses are generic characters NOT copyrighted characters. Any similarity to copyright material is purely coincidental. We are also not affiliated with any other companies. If you are seeking copyrighted characters for your event, you will need to contact the holders of the copyright.
The Polar Princesses are owned and operated through a private owner. Each performer is thoroughly examined to determine their strength of character and other relevant abilities. We are based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, however we attend events in State College, Altoona and other smaller rural areas. Although we “only” travel 200 miles, we are willing to make arrangements outside of that distance, especially for charity. Since our start came from giving back, we hold our performers to required annual volunteer contribution of 25 plus hours. We also donate sums to charity, raised through several fundraisers throughout the year. Party discounts are offered for children with disabilities, veterans and other civic service workers.
Additional Booking Notes
Since every party is unique, equipment requirements may vary from event to event. If the Polar Princesses can provide needed equipment, we will. If not, it will be the responsibility of the host family to provide needed equipment. These include, but are not limited to chairs, tables, radios, stages, etc. these arrangements will be made prior to the event.

Equipment will be provided, in most cases, when concernering our packages. Normal party equipment including chairs, tables, radios etc. however are the responsibilty of the client.
Some events will need to be set up the night before, to give your princess time to prepare on the day of your event. Our ability to provide specialty equipment and to set up will be handled on a case by case basis.
