Need trumpet for your live event or recording? Look no further. I am a professional trumpet player, with many years of experience as a freelancer and touring musician in all styles including jazz, funk, soul, r&b, avant-garde, pop, folk, latin, commercial and classical. I can step seamlessly into just about any existing band or professional musical situation, or I can put a professional band or horn section together for your event. I can sight-read, improvise, or learn parts by ear. I also love doing studio work. I can travel to your professional or home studio, or write, arrange and record trumpet/horn parts from my home studio and send them to you digitally.
Phil was AMAZING!! He played the intro for the start of the Kentucky Derby and he nailed it. Our guests loved it!! He was a friendly, easy going guy who fit right in with the family. We love Phil!
We booked last minute for a funeral and Phil was AMAZING! We were fuzzy on the details until the day of - even told him the wrong address and he was so patient with us. He went over and above to fulfill my grandfather's last wishes including hiding behind a shed and he sounded fantastic! I would highly recommend him for any event!
Response from Phil Rodriguez, Professional Trumpeter:
Thanks so much Katie! I can't imagine having me "hide behind a shed" was really a part of your grandfather's last wishes...but it seemed to work! Haha. I'm honored to have been a part of his sendoff.
